There are security cameras in almost every street and road in European countries. When checking these camera's night recordings officers observed a strange things, things that moves around but not human.
These things presents their movements intelligently. And when we observe there shape carefully can see that these things have a structure. Some says that these are aliens and some says that these are effects of light.
